D.E.H.87EpoxyCuringAgentisaphenolichardenerdesignedforpowdercoatingapplications.Itisfullycompatiblewithepoxyresinsandcanbeformulatedintodecorativeorprotectivepowdercoatings.However,D.E.H.87EpoxyCuringAgentwasdevelopedprimarilyforfunctionalpowdercoatingapplications(FBE)requiringahighdegreeofflexibilityandagoodstoragestability.

D.E.H.87EpoxyCuringAgentcontainsnoflowmodifierandcuringaccelerator.Theseadditivesmustbeaddedseparatelytothepowdercoatingformulation.ImidazoleandsomeofitsderivativesareexamplesofeffectiveacceleratorsforthecuringofsolidepoxyresinswithD.E.H.87EpoxyCuringAgent.
